Dan Savage, who writes an internationally syndicated relationship and sex advice column, will speak to the Rhodes community about his recent YouTube video campaign, "It Gets Better." Inspired by gay teen suicides, the focus is to show LGBT youth around the world that "it gets better."

With his frank, funny discussions on sex and relationships, he creates a space for people of all orientations to share their stories and show their support.

Free and open to the public, the event begins at 7 p.m. in the McCallum Ballroom of the Bryan Campus Life Center. Following the lecture will be a question and answer session and a book signing.
