   Event Description :

The Alumni Relations Office will host the Eighth Annual Cajun Festival. Come cheer on our Lynx football team as they take on Centre College at 1 p.m. Food will be served at 11:30 a.m.This year's menu includes chicken and sausage jambalaya, pork jambalaya, chicken and sausage gumbo, sauteed shrimp, cochon de lait, white beans, red beans and sausage and okra poboys.
