Junior and Sophomore Journey offers students the chance to get a feel for the college experience. Students will learn about academics by attending a class while parents hear faculty talk about the opportunities inside and outside the classroom. Students and parents will learn specifics about Rhodes admission and take a campus tour led by a student Diplomat. Join Kinney service groups to tour the distribution center that packages, cooks, delivers, and provides breakfast and lunch to all Shelby County schools. Meet at the Diehl Statue at 10am to carpool with Kinney 'Mentoring and Education' and 'Health and Wellness' and 'Hunger and Homelessness' service groups. We will tour the food distribution center that supplies all of the meals for public Shelby County Schools. Afterwards, there will be a brief reflection at the site, and then we will return to campus.
